Fajitas are really good and I found this one that you might be able to try at home. Here's the recipe, enjoy!
For the Chicken:
• 2 chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic & onion powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp salt & pepper
• 1 or 1/2 lime juice
Mix well till it changes color
For the green sauce:
• 4 tbsp. fat free yogurt (Greek yogurt works)
• 1 tbsp low fat sour cream (I bought one which had chives in it)
• Handful coriander/ cilantro
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1/2 lime juice
Blend till completely smooth
Process:
1 tsp olive oil in a hot pan, cook the chicken for about 5 mins till golden brown. Add
• Half red, green and yellow bell peppers
• Half red and white onion
Let it cook for another 5 mins then assemble
• Low calorie wrap (you can get high protein ones)
Add the filling and the sauce
This makes 2 fajita wraps (possibly 3 depending on the size of them)
