My Favorite Spicy Flavor + Enoki Mushroom
It's really easy to make, so it's a dish I often make with rice.
I brought it because I wanted to recommend it to someone who likes spicy food!!
[Preparation materials]
Enoki Mushroom
[sauce]
1 and a half spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 2 spoons of water
[to make]
1) Cut the bottom of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into bite-size pieces.
2) Grease a pan with oil and fry the enoki mushrooms on both sides for 30 seconds (high heat)
3) Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and simmer for 30 seconds on both sides to finish.
