Memorable side dish
In the past, I ate it spicy and sweet by stir-frying it with vegetables.

2 tablespoons soy sauce (20g)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (20g)
4 tablespoons ketchup (60 g)
1 tbsp vinegar (10g)
1/3 tbsp liver ginger (5g)
* stir-fry
250g Vienna Sausage
3 tablespoons cooking oil (20g)
10 garlic (40g)
1/2 onion (80g)
2 Mushrooms (50g)
1/4 paprika (80g)
1/5 carrots (20g)
appropriate amount of pepper
Appropriate amount of sesame salt
[how to make]
1. Prepare the onion and paprika by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
2. Cut the carrots in half and cut them into pieces, and cut the garlic in half.
3. Prepare the sausages by shaping them.
4. Make the sauce by adding soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and ground ginger.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry as if frying.
6. When garlic starts to cook, add onion and pepper powder and fry together.
7. When the onion becomes transparent, add the sausage and fry until the sheath opens.
8. Add paprika, mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry.
9. Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry.
10. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame salt to finish.
