A must-make recipe for anyone who likes woowa tempura!
For some reason, it doesn't sell well, so I only eat it occasionally.
I like to make it when I think of it!
200g rice, 1/4 onion, 20g celery, 10g bacon, olive oil, 1 egg, flour, dry breadcrumbs, salt, cooking oil, mozzarella cheese
[Cooking method]
1. Finely chop the onion, celery and bacon.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry, then add onion and celery and stir-fry together.
3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and rice and stir-fry.
4. Spread the well-fried rice in a bowl and let it cool.
5. Beat the eggs well.
6. Prepare frying oil.
7. Make the rice a little bigger than a ping-pong ball and put mozzarella cheese cut into cubes in it.
8. Coat in the order of flour - egg - breadcrumbs.
9. Drop the rice balls into the preheated oil!
10. Roll and fry until golden brown and you are done!
11. Remove oil and sprinkle with parsley powder and cheese to your liking.
12. Eat well and lose weight!
