First, order bibim naengmyeon, and then ask for cold broth.
So, fill the bibim naengmyeon with broth halfway (the point is to add less than water naengmyeon)
And eat it with galbi or bulgogi, any kind of sweet meat.

- 10 large anchovies
- A handful of dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 kelp

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- sugar
