Japanese Milk Bread
Flour 25g / 2Tbsp
40ml hot milk
Honey 20g / 1Tbsp
140ml lukewarm milk
2.5 g instant yeast
Flour 240g / 1,3/4cup
15g sugar / 2Tbsp
2.5g / 1/2tsp salt
30ml whipped cream
15g unsalted butter / 1Tbsp
Fan size 10x10cm 2
Bake at 190°C/370°F for 30-35 minutes
I want to make it because it looks like a square, soft and moist.
I'm not very good at baking, so I'll be satisfied with what I see 😅
