✤ Chicken marinade (measuring rice spoon, teaspoon)
- 2 chicken breasts (300g)
- 4 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp chilli powder
- 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 6 spoons of milk
- a little pepper
- 1 egg (just before flour coating)
✤ Flour Coating (Measurement by spoon)
- 140g soft flour (flour) (8.5 spoons convexly)
- 70g cornstarch (4.5 spoons convexly)
- 0.4 tbsp chilli powder
- 4 pinches of salt
✤ TIP
- The combination of wheat flour + corn starch powder is the most crispy.
- You can make it with tempura powder, but it is less crispy. (Salt pass)
- Chili powder plays a role of giving umami rather than spicy.
If it is spicy chili powder, adjust the amount.
- After the first coating, the flour clumps a lot.
Divide the flour for secondary coating in half in advance.
