Soy Sauce Crab Recipe
[Soy Sauce Crab Ingredients]
1 kg of crab
Water (500cc), soy sauce or brewed soy sauce (300cc), sake (50cc), cooking wine (50cc),
Sugar (60g), Starch Syrup (60g)
Whole garlic (a handful), green onion, onion (1 pc), red pepper
[Making soy sauce crab]
1. Add water, sake, cooking wine, sugar, starch syrup, and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
2. Add whole garlic
3. Once it boils, put it in a container and cool it.
4. Chop pepper, onion and green onion
5. When the intestines cool down, put the crab shells down.
6. Add chopped vegetables
7. After ripening for about two days, eat it with rice.
