A note to make before summer approaches
Drinking lemon juice and a few lemons in cool water can bring you vitamins, vitality, and mood.
One of the syrups I always make or buy!!
:: material
- Lemon juice
8 lemons
Baking soda and salt for cleaning
sugar equal to the weight of a lemon
-Lemon tea (300ml cup)
80g lemon juice
180 g hot water
-Lemonade (400ml cup)
Butterfly P tea 3g
30ml hot water
100g lemon juice
ice
150ml carbonated water
::to make
1) Add an appropriate amount of baking soda and salt to the lemon and rub.
2) Fill with water and leave for about 30 minutes
3) Soak in boiling water for 30 seconds and then drain.
4) Peel off only the yellow part of the lemon peel (6 lemons)
5) Cut the lemon juice with a knife and squeeze the juice.
6) Slice 2 lemons
7) After measuring the total weight, add the same amount of sugar, mix, and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes
8) Put it in a sterilized glass bottle with boiling water and ferment it in the refrigerator for 3 days.
