material:
- frozen long-sleeved octopus 1 pack (1½ lbs) , thaw in the refrigerator
- 2 tablespoons flour (or salt)
- 7 cloves of garlic, minced
- chop 2 teaspoons ginger
- Chopped Korean Spicy Cheongyang pepper 1 (or jalapeno)
- 4 ounces chopped onion
- 1 green onion, chopped (or 4 green onion) dog )
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Roasted Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
Condiment:
- chilli powder (chili powder) ¼ cup
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- 1 tbsp sugar
- potato starch (or cornstarch) 1 tbsp
- ¼ cup rice syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
