This is great to do especially for the lot of us that retract scalp all the time lifting weights. Protracting strength is important as well

There are also a lot of handstand pushup variations that get really challenging and can target diff muscle groups. for example tiger bend HSPUs work the triceps extremely well. clapping HSPUs work the shoulders well, with wider grip hitting the lateral delts and narrow grip hitting the anterior delts
