They have a tough training, just like most athletes. Lol, people think they're just driving cars and it's not a hard thing to do but imagine being strapped in a car that has a speed of more than 300 kilometers per hour. You're like controlling a jet plane already with that kind speed. Also, most people can't handle the G Force. These guys have to have a lot of stamina since they have to be in the car for about two hours and there's no aircon whatsoever, they're wearing thick clothing to avoid getting burned in case of an accident and it's hot in the cockpit. It's not really easy driving an F1 car or racing professionally lol.
