This is an Italian food called capocollo but mostly known as "gabagool" in the US from the hit TV series The Sopranos. It's basically a dry-cured meat and you eat it in thin slices. Also, it's raw. It's a cold cut usually eaten as snack. Would you try this yourself, knowing that it's raw (but dry-cured)? I'm actually curious to try this one after watching The Sopranos lol.
