Okonomiyaki is one of my favorite Japanese dishes!!
Salty yet savory!! Katsuobushi should be sprinkled a lot!!

[Cooking process how to make okonomiyaki]
1. Add pancake flour, water, and eggs to loosen, add cabbage, bacon, and a handful of cassowary and mix.

2. Put oil in a pan and knead the dough.
2. Grease a pan with oil and fry the dough
