the lawsuit by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against the company of Ripple Labs over XRP “has gone exceedingly well.” This is according to its CEO, Brad Garlinghouse.
He also mentioned the importance of the case and said that:
"This case is important, not just for Ripple, it’s important for the entire crypto industry in the United States.”
