In the real world - land prices keeps getting higher there's this saying that "Buy land, they’re not making any more of it." But, will there be a land scarcity in the meta verse?

Artificial scarcity isn’t real. This may seem like a blindingly obvious and rather tedious observation, but it has important implications for how you think about the future of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies and other digital assets like virtual land.
If I will be asked, I also think that there will no scarcity of land din the meta verse, I mean can't they just create another land? it is virtual anyway - unlike in real life that you'll have to get another "earth" if you want more land
