Sad truth is that most companies values “papers” more than the skill a person can offer
I see a job posting with less than minimum salary (but they are looking for a college graduate with yeaaaars of experience to do the job) I’m not belittling the “job” that’s why i’m not mentioning it but a high school grad can actually suffice and do they really expect an experienced college grad to apply for that job though ?
this i why unemployment rate in our country is great — there’re a lot of skilled people but no diploma to show so they can’t get a job ? sad but this is our current reality
some employers are even looking for unrealistic experiences (5-10 years experience but age is not greater than 25 or 30) what???
