Well Done Steak with Ketchup Sauce Spaghetti

This is the sort of stuff you'd get in 'Western Food' hawker stalls in
Singapore. They're definitely a local take on Western food and can
feature bread rolls reheated in a deep fryer, a lonely slice of tomato
or cucumber and a big pile of chips, all slathered in heaps of pepper
gravy. It's amazing.
