*Baeksook Ingredients*
1 chicken
2 green onion roots
1 handful of leek
10 garlic
1 Ginger
2 onions
3L water
salt

*Sauce sauce*
1 tbsp coarse red pepper powder (15g)
1 tbsp (15ml) hot water (broth)
1/2 tsp minced garlic (3g)
1/2 tsp chopped green onion (3g)
1/3 teaspoon of mustard (2g)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (30ml)
1 tbsp vinegar (15ml)
1/2 tsp sugar (3g)
