Looks pretty good to me. I just need coffee for this one, a freshly brewed one would suffice. Also, it's very easy to make! No need to bake it anyway. Here's the recipe and procedure so you can try it!
Cheesecake:
480ml double cream, cold (save 1/4 for the topping)
500g cream cheese, room temp
120g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g mini choc chips
Ganache topping:
150g dark chocolate (or choc chips)
150ml double cream, HOT (microwave on high for 1 min 30s)
Tin size: 8” springform pan
To heat treat to the flour - place in a bowl and cover, then microwave on high for 1 min 20 secs, stirring frequently. Allow to cool fully before using
