A whistleblower from Terra team revealed that the company might not refund small holders unlike their promise.
This was reveal my @FatManTerra in a tweet.
Up to now I still don't know if this claim is true but I wish that it is not, it will be really hard for those who will not get a refund as they also lost money maybe not as big like others but it is still their hard earned cash.
