Incase there are some people who ain't familiar with SWIFT, it is an interbank payments protocol and messaging system and they just announced that they are working to connect the different central bank digital currency (CBDC) protocols in development. They are set to modernize connection systems. Which I see is a good thing.
I also see that it will not be long as they are already in the phase of running experiments with decentralized platforms to ensure that remittances and cross-border payments will be available for users of these currencies in the future.
