There has been a rumor going around that microstrategy is silently selling their bitcoin holdings, During the past months Microstrategy has been buying BTCs to add to their holdings so I wonder where the rumor came from.
But, the CEO of the company denied that they are selling their BTC holdings since, Any Bitcoin Sales Must Be Publicly Disclosed to SEC and Shareholders. Thus, any allegations about them hiding that they are selling their BTCs are invalid and will be against the rule.
