More than $17 million in cryptocurrency donations since Russia began its invasion were received by the Ukraine government. It is just after 24 hours when their government started to solicit donations in a twitter post.
The blockchain data analytics firm Elliptic said Sunday:
The Ukrainian government and NGOs providing support to the military have raised $17.2 million through thousands of cryptocurrency donations since the start of the invasion.
Official twitter account of the Ukrainian government posted about their pleas to solicit donation to fund their resources.
