Craig Sproule is accused of misleading crypto investors on hiw he is going to use the proceeds of
$41 million initial coin offering back in 2018.
Now, Craig was charged with fraud and his two other company Crowd Machine Inc. and Metavine Inc.
It is said that he used around $5million of the proceeds to invest on a gold mining without informing his investors (A wrong move from him if you ask me)
