Yata Crow [Effect Monster]
Level 2 / Wind / Demon
ATK 200 / DEF 100
This card cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the Normal Summoned/Reversed turn, it is returned to its owner's hand. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, skip the draw phase of your opponent's next turn.

One of the first 10 cards banned in Yu-Gi-Oh.
Banned/restricted cards sometimes change as the meta of the game changes and new cards come out one after another, but this limit has never been lifted.
The effect of skipping the opponent's draw phase means that you can do nothing and die by being hit once.
In conjunction with the card effect of 'Chaos Emperor Dragon -The End-', a banned card that will be introduced later, it was possible to make a combo of losing all hands and then continuing to defeat with the Yata Crow.
These days, there are cards that can be nerfed, but they seem to be banned cards because they can do infinite combos.
Combos aren't very unconventional or cool.. I think I'd get annoyed if I got caught by just pecking 200 at a time.
