I asked my mother, who majored in chemistry, if clouds were made of fog, and she said they were not fog, but water vapor.
It reminded me of Frost Punk, so I asked what would happen if I cooled that water vapor down to -50 degrees Celsius, and they said that hail would fall.
And then a dangerous idea occurred to me.
Which is cheaper: a cooling weapon that freezes a city's clouds to -50 degrees and bombards the entire city with hail, or a nuclear missile?
