I don't think this is real. I think this is just a skit so don't feel bad about the lady lol. I don't think she's really blind and they just did this for comedic purposes. Basically it's scripted lol. But it's crazy how a lot of people are doing pranks that are going over the line lately. It's often the case with influencers who likes doing pranks that aren't really harmless but dangerous.
