Lol my guess here is that the kid is still learning how to bike. Hahaha, I mean if he's used to biking he would be able to steer it to the left to avoid the gate. The man laughing at him made the kid embarrassed and had to cry, hahaha. Looks like his face hit the gate, too! Hahaha.
