Well except that they are actually not blood related sisters
They are sisters but only in name since the grandmother of the MC adopted the girls
Also unlike every dense MC the Male character of this series is somewhat aware of the relationship
So yeah it is not like the harem dense MC that has been reproduced so many times
Yet it still show some similarities to that specially to the jokes :3
