This car has been flooded apparently so they have to clean its engine bay. Most people don't clean it like this since the spark plugs could have a problem when you start it up. But they weren't thinking about that since it's flooded and they were planning to crush this car. They just took out some of its parts that could be salvaged and then it was put into a crusher. What a waste of car, but at least it would be recycled.
