How is this considered a foul?

This is just another bad officiating by the refs. How could you consider this a foul when Taj was just raising his hands and was not blocking nor harassing Young? Trae was the one who made the contact and somehow still managed to sell this "foul" to the refs. The referees are getting really sloppy on when and when not to call fouls.
