Pokemon with 'Brilliant' in front can only contain 1 card in a deck of any type, and it first appeared in the Battle Region expansion pack for Sword/Shield.
Twinkle Gathering, which can be used with a single colorless energy, can bring as many cards as desired from the deck up to the number of types to Pokemon on the field, and shuffle the deck.
Boost Dash is a skill that you don't need to use very much, and Gathering Twinkle, which maximizes the effect the more you use various types, seems to be a useful skill in many ways!!
