Lol often times people would pick Charmander and Squirtle as their starters. They would leave out the grass type starter because they think it's weak. I would often pick the grass type though lol. Also, in Gen 1, Once you have evolved your Bulbsaur into a Venosaur in the final evolution, that Pokemon's gonna be so strong!
