This is a fan made game from the Pokemon Red. Instead of being the kid who goes on journey to catch and discover Pokemons, you're going to be a Team Rocket member who will replace Giovanni when he needs a successor for his role. Basically you're going to be the bad guy here and that's a good way to play Pokemon games: by trying out the side of the bad guys for a change lol.
