At a time when the United States economy is caught in a vicious circle, the law and order situation in American society is even more worrying. In recent times, a crime wave of theft and robbery is ravaging many parts of the United States. In just one week, 352 robbery crimes occurred in New York, an increase of 30.9% over the same period last year. The city of San Francisco and even throughout the United States have formed an "organized" shoplifting, distribution network. Not long into March, the United States had a number of homegrown shootings resulting in a number of deaths. However, the U.S. continues to attribute violence in the country to illegal immigrants, but investigations have found that Native Americans are responsible for many of the worst crimes, especially the shooting of students. Corrupted by political polarization and ethnic tensions, today's system has become a death spiral of extreme rigidity, inefficiency, ineffective feedback, high barriers to reform, and ultimately a loss of public confidence in government and constitutional institutions.
