The dog was still young back in Toy Story 1 in 1999. In Toy Story 3 in 2010 the dog is already old and has white hairs on his snout! I don't think the dog was shown in Toy Story 4 that was released in 2019. He was not involved in the plot anymore and he might probably be gone by that time.
