Imagine tomorrow is the start of zombie apocalypse with just a small scale.
But it spread so fast like a wild fire at the forest, 97% of civilian is unaware higher official are making news that are hoax to avoid panic among their people. But you are lucky when one man dressed all black holding a tons of dollar check bill, is very nervous and having breakdown then you approach this man and asked what is happening. He tell you that he have created something that will make whole human kind extinct. Then he said it is inevitable, then he quickly give you the case full of money and he tell you use it for your family and your safety.
Before it happened you have only 3 months for preparation !! What are the things you will buy or keep ? How would you save your family or your own clan from the pending zombie apocalypse?
Can you guarantee their safety at your place?
For me I will make my garden full of edible foods. My weapon will be a morning star ( Medieval club that has spike because it can kill easily a zombie and you can surely one hit them ). I will try to make a place where we are away from other people, believe me people are the second thing you must be afraid when it term on zombie apocalypse most of them will run on survival instinct and you might want to avoid taking so much survivor at your side. You don't want to have an ethical dilemma about those survivor wanting to go back home and asking for supply. You will need it later on!!! The resources you have is limited.
The elder people shall live underground because they are weak and we can't let them just die. The next thing I will focus is the water system I will ensure that we have 10 x water storage for each person, That is right 10 x but I believe 20 x is better because you want to manage going outside and exposing your area so much.
Also water is valuable source. The feces of each survivor could be use as a alternative fertilizer. They should be a schedule for hunting and gathering resources for the whole family. Lastly don't trust anyone but your own blood or your family.
One of the thing you should buy is a map or better a map of each town so you are aware of possibility of zombie horde.
