Depression awareness
We heard a lot of news about suicide because of depression.
Please do check on your friends and love ones tell them you love them and are always with them. We never know what they are going through.
Depression is a silent killer - most people with depression look fine and happy but then boom!
So please if you do have time - tell people that you love that they are doing a really good job in life, you are always by their side and is willing to listen
A simple "how are you" might save someone from the verge of collapsing
