I know you are fighting your own silent battle in mind, emotions or physical. I just want to tell you it's okay to take a break and you are a human, you are going to make mistakes in life but you have your own free will to change for the better or to worse.
Don't be harsh about the thing's you have done in the past. You can't change it anymore the only thing you can do is reflect and learn. Always be kind to other's and for yourself. I know you can do it and I believe in you !! Chika is here to shout that you can do it!!
