Lmfao in this game you need cooperation and teamwork to survive and pass the challenge. Looks like the other player don't want to help him and had to betray him. It's funny how he left him there when the enemy NPC was already coming. Basically in this game you won't be able to kill nor fight the NPCs, you can only hide or run from them or use some throwables to help you get away from them.
