Obsidian only made a good Fallout because at that time (no longer) they still had a lot of the Fallout DNA working for them. They also had funding, assets, and an engine given to them by Bethesda. They didn’t have to put in much leg work. Great studio, but stop circle jerking New Vegas as if Obsidian could whip up another easily.
