When you forget to save your the game.
I remember playing pokemon at the gameboy advance. I just grind experience from bushes and found a legendary pokemon which is latios and I want to catch it and I remember using pokemon that will make latios sleep and I manage to do that and catch it with ultra ball but the accident happen.
I forget to save the file after catching the legendary pokemon and that was the biggest mistake I Have done imagine finding this pokemon and just catching it using the ultra ball.
