They nerfed the hell out of Samira in the PBE. She feels very bad to play now because of the mega nerfs she received in PBE. The sad part is it's all nerfs and she got no small buffs like extra damage or anything. I predict that these changes will erase her from professional play and her solo queue win rate is going to dip a lot.
Here are the planned nerfs: (Yes, these are very big nerfs)

◦ Dash speed lowered from 2050 to 1600
◦ No longer usable on allies
• Inferno Trigger (R)
◦ Cooldown increased from 3s to 8s
