ㅤWell, when I am stressed about something, I am not able to just sit down
and relax, becouse my mind will keep on reminding me of it. A stressful
videogame will be relaxing though, as I can worry about imaginary
stuff, and it will occupy my mind. Not to speak about the fact that
videogames have preset rules, so if I do thigs right, I will get a
satisfactory resoult, and that I usually prefer in-game problems,
becouse they are more interesting and that I know in the back of my mind
that they dont have real world consequences. So yeah, stressful games
are, in fact, a great way to relieve stress.
