It's funny but it has been a staple for the series for a lot of years now. I guess the villain just have to wait for them to finish and just chill or rest in there in the meantime. It would be funny if there was a parody though where the villain becomes impatient and just attacks them while they're still introducing themselves. It's gonna be a hilarious chaos.
