Most of the time this is how we construct an email haha. You want to sound enthusiastic and interested so you're gonna have to use some exclamation marks but not too much to avoid being thought of as a crazy, weird guy. If you use too much periods as well it'll look like you're uninterested and not lively haha.
I try not to think about it. But sometimes it really can't be helped.
I often think about what words to use rather than punctuations. Haha
Exclamation marks shouldn't be used repeatedly according to the word construction "laws"

i only use exclamations for greeting and saying thank you lol.
