I have no idea why would they do the first part where they put a bunch of matches on the chicken. That's like wasting a whole chicken with it. The sulfur of the matches might affect the taste of the chicken! Then all of a sudden it transitions into a salmon being steam cooked, it seems. I wonder if that's really possible? That you can cook it with just a single charcoal in an aluminum foil and oil? I think it's not, lol.
