Gordon Ramsay makes Crabs Benedict on Masterchef

A fair amount of hype, but fair go, those eggs were poached perfectly.
Of course nobody will ever know how many takes it took, but I can tell
you, that is SO hard to get right. So simple, and so difficult, both at
once. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered poached eggs and
gotten either golf balls or goo in frogspawn. Give the man his due, he
did it right.
