350g soft tofu, handful of clam, 50g ground meat, onion, green onion,
Cheongyang pepper, water 200ml (1.5 cups paper cup)
✤ Seasoning ( T: rice spoon / t: teaspoon )
Cooking oil 2T, sesame oil 1T, red pepper powder 1.5T, salt 0.5t,
0.5T minced garlic, 1T soy sauce, a little bit of pepper
I kept eating soft tofu stew for a while.
I just got it today....
I know that I have to boil it to get the taste I want.
